           Saturday, July 13, 2013

               FOR A DAY FULL OF

     FUN, FOOD AND FRIENDSHIP

    7:00 a.m. Registration

    8:00 a.m. Shot Gun Start

    Maximum 120 players

    Format: Stroke Play and Two Person Best Ball*

    Factors needed for Stroke Play

    Lunch to Follow

    Registration Gift, Individual and Team Prizes (everyone gets a prize)

    50/50, Raffle Prizes, etc.

    Registration Fee:

    $65 per person. Cut off date for registration is Friday, July 5, 2013

    $50 for shareholder members of Leduc Golf & Country Club

    To register please forward your name, phone number, email address, factor or average 18 hole score and payment method to leducladiesopen@gmail.com. 

    Registration fees to be paid in advance by cheque or credit card.  Cheques to be mailed to Leduc Golf and Country Club, 5725 Black Gold Drive, Leduc, AB T9E 8C4, Attn: Leduc Ladies Open.  For credit card payment provide the following with your email registration: MC or Visa, credit card number, expiry date and the exact name on the card. If registering for more than one person provide the required information and payment for all registrants.

    If playing stroke play please provide your factor.  If playing best ball provide the name, phone number and email address of your playing partner.

    *For those players who don’t want to play stroke play or do not have a handicap.  Each player plays her own golf ball throughout the round with total score added up at the end of the round
