Member Services is available on line to members. This allows you to change or view all of your account information, statements, ballots, tee times, newsletters and more. Please be advised that hard copies of member account statements will no longer be mailed out. Please view your charges on-line. Hard copies are available upon request; call Cathy @ 780-986-8009 to request a hard copy be mailed out to you.
BALLOTS
Online Ballot booking is now available to members only.
Saturday and Sunday mornings are reserved for members and their guests. To be eligible for a tee time in this time period, you must submit a ballot.
Members can submit a ballot in to the draw for Saturday and Sunday morning tee-times. Ballots are open for submission beginning the weekend before on Saturday at 6 am and closes that Monday at 6 pm.
Example: The 2018 Balloting process will begin for the weekend of May 12th and 13th. The ballot entry for the May 12/13 weekend will be available online on Saturday May 5th at 6 am and close Monday May 7th at 6 pm.
Choose your best 3 starting times and one of them will be drawn. Ballots must be submitted before Monday at 6 p.m. for the following weekend. No late ballots will be accepted, members are entitled to one tee time ballot per member.
At this time a Member is only allowed to submit a ballot for 4 players. We are working to extend this to 8 players as we understand there are groups who enjoy playing back to back. In the meantime if you can ensure that two ballots are submitted for your group - the Pro Shop staff will ensure that tee times are juggled to ensure your preferred back to back foursomes go off seamlessly.
When you are arranging the submission of your two foursomes - please ensure that a member of your group who is not among the names of the first foursome submit the ballot. Once a player's name is on a ballot - they are unable to book or appear on another ballot.
