Focus Areas:

1.       Course Conditions - We invest in infrastructure and maintain excellent conditions that enhances the natural beauty of our course and contributes to a memorable player experience.

a.       Develop and prioritize comprehensive plans for infrastructure investment and asset management

b.       Review existing programming to meet the needs of stakeholders

c.       Investigate options to improve the pace of play

2.       Finance and Administration – Administration is professional and well-trained,  and is accountable to our membership through transparent and accurate reporting.

a.       Develop and deliver timely and accurate financial reports

b.       Identify and draft administrative policies and procedures to support golf club operations

c.       Develop a performance management plan for management and staff that includes professional development opportunities

d.       Identify and implement a performance measurement program to track organizational metrics

3.       Membership and Engagement – We attract and retain members that are engaged, informed and receive good value for their fees.

a.       Investigate options and to attract new members to the golf club

b.       Develop options to retain and increase value for existing members

c.       Develop/implement communications and engagement tools that support an informed membership

d.       Ongoing research of competitor programs to ensure value for members

4.       Hospitality – Provide our customers with professional, well-trained hospitality staff.

a.       Develop options to improve food and beverage variety and quality

b.       Pursue opportunities to partner with local businesses to support food and beverage operations

5.       Board Governance – We provide organizational oversight and resources to ensure the Leduc Golf Club can effectively and efficiently perform year-round. 

a.       Identify options to improve board governance

b.       Review and amend board recruitment and roles and responsibilities

c.       Develop board policies to establish clear direction for administration

 d.  Steward and support charitable giving to the club
