Jeremy was born and raised is Edson, Alberta and spent his childhood, adolescent and early adult life working towards achieving his first dream of playing professional hockey. Jeremy played three years in the AJHL and continued on to achieved a University of Alberta degree in Kinesiology while playing university hockey. During his time in university Jeremy met his wife, Natasha, and they have a beautiful little girl Tenley and a Boston Terrier named Murphy. Upon completion of his degree, Jeremy continued to pursue his hockey career playing a few years in minor pro leagues across the USA, where he created lifelong relationships and experiences. It was in his final hockey season where he found a passion and love for golf, and when his new dream and journey started in becoming a golf professional.

Jeremy started working in the golf industry in 2019 at the Leduc Gold Club. He worked in the pro-shop, back-shop and maintenance to help provide assistance wherever it was needed. Into his second season in Leduc, Jeremy took on more responsibilities in the proshop and learned a lot more about the golf industry. Jeremy has furthered his education with golf specific training, becoming TPI Fitness and SupersSpeed certified, as well as having significant club fitting experience. Last season, Jeremy earned his PGA status after successfully completing his play ability test in Mill Woods, becoming an apprentice professional with the PGA of Canada. For the last year and a half, Jeremy has been working as a teaching professional at GOLFTEC and is excited to bring his passion from coaching and teaching to the LGC!

robin stewart - PGA of Canada Apprentice Professional

I love golf.  I embrace the challenge that golf encompasses in playing or teaching.  Being outside playing golf with friends or family on a warm summer day, what could be better?

I am passionate about teaching, coaching, and administrating golf.  I have been in the golf industry in various roles since 2003.  I get up each day and am enthused to get to the course to see what the day will bring.

If you are trying to get better at golf, focus on what is happening at contact and learn about what you need to do to make the moment of impact better.  Do that and better scores will come your way!
